4th of July

We all decided to run in the Freedom Run as a family....wahoooo!

Emily ran the 5k with Josy and Grandma Whiting

Heaps Staycation 2016

This year we enjoyed activities around home

We started it off with a trail run at Potato Hill 

temple visit to the Payson temple...beautiful!

Hammocking in AF canyon!

Poor Emily had this dead tree fall on her and bring her crashing to the ground...lots of lessons learned :)  

Lesson #1 Don't tie your hammock up to a dead tree; even if it's the biggest tree in the grove!

Lesson #2 don't ever use a single sized hammock...made for a miserable night!
