Thomas' Eagle project

After earning the money for his project at Courage Reins with the 5k fun run; it was time to build the much needed fence and inclosure for the horses.
Thomas had help from some AMAZING men in our ward.
Brother Sump and Brother Ryan new EXACTLY what needed to be done!

After pouring the cement and letting the poles settle, it was time to call in the troops to help put up the wire mesh.

It took 2 days of "blood sweat and tears"...well just a lot of hard work...no tears :) but they were finally finished!
Thanks to all the great men and boys who helped! The project would still be unfinished without you!
This is the smile of a boy who has just finished his Eagle Project; knowing he has accomplished his goal by giving 110%!

The lady from Courage Reins couldn't believe how well Thomas did this project. She has had a lot of boys do eagle projects for them but Thomas has impressed her the most! First, with the way he earned the money and second, with what a top quality job he did on the fence. She kept telling us she has never seen a fence so perfectly straight! "You are going places young man...YOU are definitely going places in your life!" (I must agree with her :) )

Way to go Thomas YOU ARE AMAZING!
