I know it's surprising, but we went on a run to start off the day!

This is the park the State XC meet is held at and it isn't an easy course!
After our run, we went shopping at our favorite outlet store in Park City...Adidas :) getting the best workout gear at a good price is important!

Before dinner, we took Grandma and Grandpa Whiting to Sundance to walk around.
It was SO BEAUTIFUL!
Grandma and Grandpa Heaps had us over for a delicious summer meal!!

Don't let this sweet innocent looking face fool you...Even though this was Grandma and Grandpa Heap's first time playing, Grandma smoked us! Guess who came in second place? Yep, you guessed it, Grandpa Heaps!
