A miracle happened today...EVERYONE in the Parish household was HEALTHY! This does not happen very often. In fact, even though we live only 25 minutes away, the last time we saw eachother was in October. This was only for a few minutes and Emily had to wear a mask!
New Years Eve was very exciting as you can see. Nicki brought fun masks to play.(Emily is like Nicki's little shadow!) When Nicki was able to 'break away' she, Davin and Thomas had a great time watching movies and playing pool.
After the family played a few rounds of Blokus(of course, in fact we had 2 boards going!) The girls had a great time helping Grandma take her Christmas decorations down. How can this be fun you ask? Well, with the Heaps, Parish's and our cousin Holly who came for a visit(we LOVED having her with us!) Anything you do becomes great fun! In fact, we even helped Grandma 'let go' of some decorations that she doesn't have room for anymore. This stuff was still great but Grandma's seem to aquire a LOT of things through the years. Does this ever happen to you? Invite us over; we would be HAPPY to help you out!
How could we start the new year ANY other way??? We LOVE to take care of our bodies....especially after eating, eating, eating, and some more EATING!!!
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!

Creative gifting of decorations was my personal favorite. All that laughing should count for a week worth of sit ups. And I LOVED the pie Jacki made. You guys are great for a party and a laugh! I'm all posted out. I think I might have to steal yours. Love you!
It looks like it was a great time! I should have made my guests unclutter my house... what was I thinking? Oh well, maybe next year.
